We are again using our new Swap & Sell stock management and sales record system!
As before, sellers must complete a sales spreadsheet, listing all sale items and their prices in the required format. The spreadsheet will be made available for download on this website by early October!
Sellers then email the completed spreadsheet to the Swap & Sell management team, who will upload the items into the new Swap & Sell software package.
Sellers will then receive (via return email), a pdf document with barcodes and other sale details for each item, pre-formatted as individual labels, which they then print (onto either plain paper, or compatible adhesive label sheets) and attach to each respective sale item.
The stock management and sales record system keeps a record of all sales, and maintains an updated tally of the amount owing to the seller, and items that remain unsold. The introduction of this new sales system last year was very successful at reducing the potential for errors and easing the administration burden on Swap & Sell staff.
We will accept card payment for your Swap & Sell purchases!
In addition to traditional cash payments, we now accept card payment via Square terminals.
However, having less cash on hand means that payment of sales proceeds for sellers will be made by bank transfer in the days following Scale ACT.
Square card payments are now fee free!
We are back in our new Swap & Sell location!
We are back in our ground-level area at the back of the venue that offers improved access and a much larger and brighter space, to enhance your buying experience. (see map below)
